Delivery

 

Most of our items are made to order so delivery will take place between 1 and 2 weeks after placing your order (unless otherwise sated when ordering)

When your order is ready, it will be dismantled and packaged up into custom sized cardboard boxes. The courier will then collect it and delivery to you is normally within 2 working days.

If a delivery goes missing or a desk gets damaged during transit, we will replace the item for you, but this may take up to 2 weeks due to it having to be made again.

Corner Desks:

Due to the size of the desks, the legs will need to be attached when you receive it, this is a simple case of screwing them on using the supplied screws, also the desks will require the corner piece to be attached, to do this you need to screw the brackets together using supplied screws, an electric screwdriver is recommended for this.

Straight Desks:

With this type of the desk, the legs will need to be attached when you receive it, this is a simple case of screwing them on using the supplied screws.

Dining Tables:

With the 68cm wide dining tables, just the legs will need to be attached when you receive it, this is a simple case of screwing them on using the supplied screws, but with the 90cm wide version you will be required to attach the table top together using the supplied screws and bracket, then attach the legs.

Well WorkStation:

This will arrive flatpack in 1 box. Lay the main 'spine' on a flat surface and take the 'foot' part and push it into the 2 slots. This will make your frame. After you have stood the frame up you can take the large, keyboard shelf, and slide it over the top of the frame, moving it down to your required height. You can then add the other shelves to suit. To move a shelf up or down you need to lift it at the front to disengage it from the frame.


Please note, as our desks and tables are made from rustic wood, they may vary in size slightly and the colours and markings will be different to those shown in the images. 


Due to the rustic nature of the wood it may expand or contract depending on the temperature and humidity of the room in which it is used. We try to allow for this change but please note that some desks may start to shrink so we have allowed for this with the adjustable brackets underneath.

Please make sure the desk's are kept dry and away from direct heat such as radiators.

Returns

 

To return a product you need to contact us before sending anything back. You can do this by emailing us at industrialfurnitureart@outlook.com or call us on +44 (0)1926 831357.

If you find a product to be faulty within 12 months of ordering, then we will arrange collection of the item using a courier or our own driver. Once we receive the item back we will check the fault and repair, if possible, or replace with a new one. This process can take up to 2 weeks. We will then deliver the item back to you. There are no charges or costs involved if the product is faulty.

If we receive an item back and deem it not to be faulty we will offer you to pay the return postage back to yourself or collect it from our warehouse. Or you can request a repair quote for the item.

For any unwanted or non-faulty items you will be required to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then be required to send the item back to us at your own cost, or ask us to have it collected and we will deduct the return courier cost form the final refund amount.

Once we receive the item we will check for any damages and process a refund within 5 working days.
